We offer removals, storage, a packing service, pre delivery of packing materials for self-packing, house clearance and disposal services. We can provide any of these independently of the others.
As a rule, we cover all areas inside the M25. However if you are moving into or outside of London then please contact us for a quote and we can estimate a cost for your move.
Each job is quoted on a case-by-case basis. Depending on your circumstances - that is why we don't have a price list on our website. Please contact us and we can normally give you a very accurate estimate over the phone or if it’s a larger more specialised move we can arrange to visit within a few hours (during normal business hours)
No, but we do ask you to sign an acceptance form if you wish to book us but we don’t charge for cancellation as long as we get at least 48 hours’ notice
Yes, we usually ask for at least 48 hours’ notice, however we don’t usually charge a cancellation fee unless we get less than 24 hours’ notice
Fridays and weekends are the most popular days of the week for people to move.
That is very hard to answer without knowing some details about your move which is why we would like you to contact us by phone or email. however once we have spoken to you we can usually give you a very accurate indication of how long the job will take
Yes, our removal team will be able to place larger items where you need them. We offer a room to room service, We advise that you, or a trusted person, are on hand at your new property to ensure our team have the right instructions.
Yes, all of our vehicles were specifically designed with household removals in mind, we provide furniture blankets and heavy plastic free of charge, they are all regularly serviced, fully insured, very reliable and come fitted with all equipment necessary to remove, move and secure your items on our vehicles.
Yes, all or staff have at least 24 months experience and we ensure that all staff have been trained or have sufficient experience with removals before sending them to our customers. All our staff are full time employed and not on short term or zero hours contracts.
Yes, we can move house plants. If you have a large amount of house plants please let us know before your move as we may need to make special arrangements for you. Please ensure you remove all excess water from your plants before your move day.
Yes we can offer packing boxes either in advance or on the removal date, all our vehicles carry a selection of cartons and portable wardrobe cartons for hanging clothes, if you can give us an estimate of how many you may need then we'll include it as part of your quote.
The earlier you book with us, the better. The closer you are to your removal date, the more likely we are to be fully booked on that day. We recommend that you have your removal company sorted at least 14 days in advance, however due to our size we can usually accommodate short notice moves
Yes, we can offer a full or partial pre packing service either before the removal date or on the removal date itself, we can also offer a packing service by itself.
Yes, we can pack as much or as little as you need during your move.
Yes, depending on the size of the move.
Yes, we can supply packing materials as part of our packing service, or we can provide you with packing materials if you are packing yourself.
Yes, we have storage facilities available if you are moving with us or not.
We can accommodate any amount of goods for as little or as long as you need
Yes, we can collect your items – we can offer some very good deals if the goods are staying in storage for at least 6 months
Yes, but ideally we will need at least 14 days’ notice in order to arrange a parking suspension on your behalf, however we do pass on any charges and we will still carry out the removal with less notice as long as you are aware that any parking charges we incur are your responsibility.
Usually Yes with enough notice depending on the local council rules or we can advise you on exactly how to get your parking organised, we do pass on any charges incurred in full.
Yes, we usually offer a dismantling and reassembly service, all our vehicles and staff come equipped with a large variety of tools
Definitely not, it is highly illegal and very dangerous for unqualified people to disconnect electric or gas services, this must be done by a qualified electrician or gas engineer, however we will move appliances that have been disconnected already and are usually able to deal with un-plumbing and re-plumbing washing machines and dishwashers as long as the connections are in place - but this is at your own risk.
We are able to offer a disposal service as part of our removals services: We have a waste licence and are very proud of our ethical stance on waste. We ensure that all waste material that can be recycled are, any non-recyclable items are disposed of properly and any large items we are asked to remove are given to charity if they are of suitable quality.
Yes, we usually include up to £5000 free of charge for removals and minimum £1000 for storage subject to our terms and can increase these amounts for an additional charge
